Energized Fitness offers premiere sports performance, personal training along with diet and nutrition advice. All of our athletic training programs consists of the following:
Athletic functional assessment
- Vertical jump test
- Sprint test
- Upper body and lower body structural balance tests
- Flexibility tests
- Diet and nutritional advice
Biosignature - This is a type of body fat testing designed specially for the athletic population to help them get lean, build muscle and burn fat in the fastest possible time - An individual supplement protocol designed from the athletes biosignature profile
– Off season, pre- season and in season training program designed for the athlete
- Re testing at the end of the program to see the improvements.
Energized Fitness is owned and operated by a local Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer. We train athletes from all different types of sports which include boxing, ruby, soccer, basketball, Gaelic football, athletics, golf, tennis and more.
